Here's a guide on how to find and use Legendary Weapons in Enshrouded.

With the Thrills of Twilight patch, going for legendary powerful gear is more important than ever. The new Gem sockets totally change gearing up for weapon selection, such that socketed legendary gear is the basis of any build.
Understanding how to find these upgraded weapons and efficiently farm them will give you a significant advantage in navigating the update's difficult content.

Fast Legendary Weapon Farming
The Hollow Halls in the northern section of the Albaneve Summits are where one can find maximum-level legend equipment. The dungeon contains the highest-level equipment for the game, so it's one of the endgame players' must-visit farming locations in Enshrouded.
You can place a checkpoint close by using existing fast travel points. Placing your checkpoint by building an Altar inside the dungeon is more effective for several runs of farming.
The zone is packed with undead mobs that must be cleared prior to reaching the premium loot containers, but the time expended pays off in terms of equipment quality.
Within the Hollow Halls, chests with high-quality equipment, spells, ammunition, and potions are available. Such chests have items such as the Exceptional Ring of Mana, with most of them having the much-sought-after weapon sockets crucial for Gem enhancements.
The loot tables hold a broad range of Legendary Weapons from all weapon types, including Bows and Melee, and also magical equipment.
Successful Farming Method
Constant visits to these chests reward the same mythical drops repeatedly, and you can farm the zone effectively in solo game mode by placing an Altar beside the loot containers. This method of farming enables you to reset the dungeon instantly and repeatedly access the high-damage loot without losing travel time in Enshrouded.
Ensuring proper Sltar positioning will optimise your farming effectiveness without disrupting access to legendary equipment spawns.

Equipment Upgrading and Optimisation
When considering Legendary Weapons, focus on those that enhance your build's main mechanics. A level 40 Forsaken Bow can be regarded as powerful. Still, in case the bonuses are not ideal for your style, a lower-level Composite Bow with superior enchantments and socket potential might do the trick.
Look at how percentage-based bonuses, such as "incoming melee damage dealt back to attacker", fit into your battle strategy. Ranged players don't really need melee bonuses mechanics at all, so those weapons are terrible options even at a high level rating.
Upgrade Requirements
Enhancement of weapons requires regular Runes combined with Legendary Runes, and the costs of enhancement increase as one goes up the levels.
The Blacksmith provides crafting of Legendary Runes out of regular Runes, creating a resource conversion system in Enshrouded.
You can get Regular Runes through salvaging duplicate equipment components. Pricier equipment yields more output of Runes, and focused salvaging is an essential resource management strategy.
One high-quality piece of equipment could yield 250 Runes, and that is an enormous amount of crafting material to produce Legendary Runes.

Build Compatibility
When looting Legendary Weapons, prioritise those that enhance your planned build type. If you are a tank player, it is better equipped with weapons that provide defensive values and suitable Gem sockets.
In contrast, if you are playing offence, then you need weapons that provide additional attack values in Enshrouded.
The socket system introduces the added consideration of compatibility. The quality of Gems complements the quality of weapons in some instances more than others.
Thus, the intersection of base weapon traits and socket potential is equally significant.
Resource Investment
Upgrading Legendary Weapons to maximum level requires a significant resource investment. Evaluate whether the base weapon's properties justify the upgrade costs, or if your resources would be better spent getting and upgrading a more suitable alternative.
The Hollow Halls farming location provides enough legendary variety that you can afford to be selective about which weapons receive full upgrade investment. This selectivity becomes increasingly crucial as upgrade costs escalate at higher enhancement levels.
