Chapter 4 Collectibles

Revival Materia

While making your return to the Slums in Chapter 4, proceed along the main path of the Plate Edge area after defeating Roche and squeezing behind the trucks.

Upon entering the underground passage, the Revival Material is immediately visible in plain sight. It appears as a green orb resting directly on the route back.

Luck Up Materia

If the high score at the Darts Minigame in Chapter 3 is surpassed, Wedge rewards the Luck Up Materia automatically toward the end of Chapter 4.

After visiting Seventh Heaven Bar, exit and speak with Wedge, who will present the green orb. Should the high score remain unbeaten, the opportunity to challenge Wedge for a rematch still exists within the bar.

Chapter 5 Collectibles

Healing Materia

At the onset of Chapter 5, during the All Aboard for Sector 4 objective in the Passenger Car area, pass through the second car and witness a cutscene involving a man accusing Barret. Immediately to the left of this scene, the Healing Materia sits in clear view, ready to be claimed.

Star Pendant

During the Find Stamp objective in Railway Control C4, defeat the group of drones that block the path. Instead of descending the tunnel, ascend the stairs on the left.

At the end of the hallway, alongside several Wererats, lies a chest containing the Star Pendant accessory.

Leather Bracelet

While checking the route in Railway Control E3, explore the side room attached to the train tracks. Inside, the Leather Bracelet armor piece awaits discovery.

Music Disc #28: Stamp

In the Former Rail Yard under the Secret Passageway objective, eliminate the two flamethrower turrets and proceed down the corridor. A door on the side conceals a vending machine that sells Music Disc #28: Stamp.

Poison Materia

Acquired from the same Former Rail Yard vending machine as the music disc, the Poison Materia becomes available for purchase.

Note that this orb is new, having not been gathered previously, and will also reappear in Chapter 6 machines.

Lightning Materia

Continuing past the flamethrower turrets in the Former Rail Yard, use the door adjacent to the machine playing Music Disc #28: Stamp. To the left of the machine, the green orb containing Lightning Materia can be found resting on the ground.

Metal Knuckles (Tifa)

Upon defeating the Crab Warden in the Former Rail Yard, the Metal Knuckles weapon for Tifa is awarded automatically as part of the story progression. This reward cannot be missed.
