The Bell Puzzle in Hellraiser: Revival is part of the “Use the Elevator” objective. You will encounter it in a courtyard after opening the door with the Heart-Shaped Inset. However, you cannot complete the puzzle immediately because one of the bells is missing.

How to Find the Missing Spirit Warding Bell

Before solving the Bell Puzzle, you must retrieve the missing Spirit Warding Bell from a music box.

After opening the ornate door with the Heart-Shaped Inset, go through the door marked “Pig Blues.”

Continue through the area and clear out the enemies in the courtyard.

Pass through the next area and move beyond the shooting range until you reach a lit room.

Look for a rotating bladed wheel ahead.

Enter the room on the left, behind the closed gate, to trigger a cutscene.

Drop through the hole in the floor and pass through the gate below.

Interact with the box on the table and turn it around.

After collecting the missing bell, go through the door that opens on your right and prepare to fight Bruno again.

How to Defeat Bruno

You must defeat Bruno before returning to the Bell Puzzle.

Attack Bruno while he is in his human form, as he cannot be damaged normally when he turns into a puddle of flesh.

Use your weapons and Genesis Configuration abilities to deal as much damage as possible.

When Bruno moves into another room, crawl through the hole in the wall to follow him.

Continue fighting him through the next area until he glows blue.

Use the Genesis Configuration to banish Bruno and finish the encounter.

After the fight, follow the newly opened route and return to the shooting range.

Return to the courtyard where you first found the bells. Place the Spirit Warding Bell in the empty position, then arrange all five bells in the correct order using the inscription on the plaque beneath them.
