In Jurassic World Evolution 2, Shops and Amenities can quietly decide how much money the park makes. The key is simple. Give guests what they want, but do not waste space and upkeep on extras that do not increase demand. When demand stays healthy and costs stay low, profit climbs.
Understanding Amenity Sizes
Small Amenities, Medium Amenities, and Large Amenities mainly change two things. They change how many guests can use them, and how many configuration slots you get for tuning the shop. If the park does not have enough guests to support a medium amenity, it is better to build a smaller one. If guest numbers rise later, the building can be upgraded to a bigger size when it actually makes sense.

Guest Types And Product Demand
A shop serves different guest types. These groups include regular guests and higher-need groups, such as High Intensity, Nature, and Luxury guests. The goal is to pick a product that appeals widely, so demand rises across the board. A product like Root Beer can work well when the park has a fairly even mix of guest types. Shops can be renamed, which helps organization and makes crowded areas easier to manage. Visual customization, like Architecture styles and colors, changes appearance but does not change performance. These options are best treated as optional cosmetics. Profit comes from demand and cost control, not from how the building looks.

Quick Setup Mindset For Better Earnings
It's not hard to set up a strong shop. Root beer is a good choice when you have a mix of types of guests. Need should not be in the red. When parts like Aquarium don't add any real value, get rid of them. Selfie Spot and other lighter choices should only be used when they help keep demand up without cutting into profits.
