You can manage training by opening the staff list first. Go to a Staffing Center to view your current scientists and their details. This is where training becomes available once the right research is done.

Build the Staffing Center First

You need a staffing center before you can properly handle training. To get a staffing center, you must research it first. Open your research panel and find the building research for the Staffing Center. After it completes, you can place the building.

As you upgrade, you can unlock the ability to place more Staffing Centers. This helps when your park grows and you need more staff management options.

Where to Find the Research Option

The research panel is where the training system starts. Open the research menu and look under Infrastructure. The research here is tied to both expanding Staffing Center access and unlocking training.

This can feel odd because training is not placed under a staff-only category. It still works the same. If you want training, you must complete the infrastructure research linked to it.

How to Train Scientists

Once the Staffing Center is ready, open it or use the Welcome Center and select View Scientist. You will see your staff list on screen. The Train button appears there.

Training only works after you unlock the research. It is not based on time served. It does not matter how long a scientist has worked for you. The only requirement is that the research be completed correctly.
