(Late) Blog of Greatness

   Well , I haven't blogged around in a while , so I decided that since I'm on holiday I should give you an update on how I've been.

 

   Life's been pretty weird lately. School's harder than last year and this year we got some crazy professors. Especially in chemistry , where the dude's a communist that thinks we're supposed to learn chemistry 24/7. Moving on , I've been shifting moods lately. Very random , really , I've passed through a melancholic/depressive period two or three times due to a ton of reasons I won't write here. Christmas is coming soon.Yarr!

 

   On the musical side of things , I'm getting better with my guitar and thus , have decided to buy an electrical model. Not sure what brand it will be , I'll just go on monday to a shop with my professor and he'll pick one that's good for me. Can't really wait. I'm also struggling to get money for two concerts that are taking place next year. One of them is the Sonisphere festival , where I'll most likely be seeing Metallica. They've announced the Big Four will be at the festival , but I'll only afford one ticket for a day ... I hope Heaven and Hell will play on the same day. The other concert , would be AC/DC. Yeah , they're coming here on the 16 of may. I don't give a damn it's school time , their singer is retiring soon and they're a band I just can't miss... even if I won't buy a ticket up front , I'll be there. I've also been getting into a bunch of new bands. ZZ Top is one of them. They sing blues rock , pretty awesome if you ask me. I've recently tried Gary Moore as well ... Parisiene Walkways is just brilliant (I've also been practicing blues formulas on the guitar) . Moving on to the metal side , I finally got into Dream Theater and Tool. Two great progressive metal bands. Dream Theater has really complex material in their discography while Tool always brings a weird vibe with their songs ...    On the gaming side of things , I'm happy to announce that I've passed 3000 hours of gaming on xfire. Yarr! That makes me a level 3 nerd , eh? Well , anyway I've been playing The Witcher a lot lately. It might just be the best RPG I've ever played. A new Team Fortress 2 update came out , bringing new weapons for the soldier and demoman class , but you don't care about that. And you have dishonored this entire unit! I also got my hands on the Command And Conquer Saga box. It has all the old CnC games , plus the much newer C&C 3 Tiberium Wars. Bought it for the price of 1/4 of a game. Great deal , I'd say. Also decided to buy Modern Warfare 2 for the PC and just when I called , they ran out of it ... and now I have to wait for a call from them .. which will most likely come next year ._.
