In LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight you have to do a couple of steps to solve the Cauldron South SubWayne Puzzle.

There is a large blue container in front of the Cauldron South SubWayne Station. You have to move this heavy object with your car to get into the station.

Moving the Container

First, hop into the Batmobile. Drive to the right side of the blocked door. You will spot another blue container parked nearby. Use the L1 or LB button to attach your winch. Pull the container away from its spot.

Lifting the Entrance

After you clear the area, check the nearby storage closet. Find the lever inside and bring it out. Put it into the slot near the container you just moved in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.

Pull it to activate a floor plate. Now, drive the Batmobile onto that plate. This weight will lift the blue container off the SubWayne entrance, and you can now get inside.
