In Little Nightmares III, you’ll be able to collect several Dolls hidden throughout the Carnevale area in Chapter 4. These Collectibles are scattered across multiple rooms and pathways, often requiring you to explore beyond the main route. This guide will help you find each Doll and the related Nomes you can interact with to unlock progress and achievements.

Doll #1

Stick to the main road until you reach a tunnel. Head into the room on the left to find an empty socket similar to the ones seen earlier. Then, look to the right side of the hallway where a Nome appears at the far end near a breakable glass window. Break the glass to enter a small bathroom, where the first Doll of Carnevale is placed on the floor in Little Nightmares III.

Doll #2

Continue until you reach a tall platform on the right. Before entering the door, check the area behind it for a stack of boxes. Climb these boxes to access a narrow path above the door, which leads to a vent that you can crawl through. Inside this small space, you’ll find the second Doll.

Doll #3

Enter the room and climb up the large Wine Rack. Jump across the Bathtub to grab the hanging chain and climb to the top. You’ll see a hole in the door ahead, but before moving through it, make your way along the U-shaped balcony to the other side in Little Nightmares III.

Inside one of the rooms here, the third Doll rests on the floor. Pull open the nearby drawer to reveal a hidden Nome. Follow it back to the balcony, hug the Nome, and then proceed through the hole in the wall that you noticed earlier.

Doll #4

After entering the hallway through the hole, move left and descend the small staircase. This path leads into a room where, if you continue to the far left, the fourth Doll can be found on the floor.

As you leave, notice a button on the wall near the door. Have Low shoot this button to scare a Nome out of hiding. Hug the Nome to progress toward unlocking the related achievement.

Doll #5

Once you’ve collected the previous Doll, return to the hallway and enter the room in the back-right corner. Inside, there is a Piano. Run across the Piano keys from left to right to open a secret room behind the toy shelf in Little Nightmares III.

Inside this hidden area, you’ll find the fifth Doll. When the secret door opens, a Nome will also appear and later hide behind the Piano. Hug this final Nome to complete the Home Sweet Nome Achievement.

Doll #6

After activating the furnace, climb onto it and exit through the small window located in the upper-right corner. You’ll land on a pipe outside. Instead of heading right, move downward toward the camera along the boxes and the roof.

You’ll find a small hole leading back into the room you just left. Walk along the plank inside to collect the sixth Doll, then return to continue your path forward.

Doll #7

After escaping from beneath the floorboards, avoid moving right. Instead, circle the hole from which you emerged and head left. Climb the right side of the Carriage interior to reach a platform that holds the seventh Doll. To continue onward, grab the nearby hanging hook to drop back down in Little Nightmares III.

Doll #8

Following the game’s sequence, continue until you arrive at a well with a hanging handle. Use the handle to lower yourself below the floor and land in a pile of toy teeth. Move out of them and look toward the corner, where a small lantern is visible.

The eighth Doll sits beside it. From here, proceed forward until you find the exit that brings you back to the surface, where you’ll need to break another Geisha Statue.

Doll #9

After escaping Kin and Mini Kin, climb out from the pile of toy dentures and go up the nearby staircase on the left side of the room.

Break the Geisha Statue located here, then continue through the vent to the right. As you cross a plank, drop into the gap below and find a hatch to the left. Enter it to locate the ninth Doll.

Doll #10

Once you’ve completed the section with the moving steam platform, you’ll reach a dark room filled with boxes. Before climbing them to advance, go to the far right side of the room where light shines through a small hole in the wall. Pass through this opening to reach a hidden space that holds the final Doll in Carnevale in Little Nightmares III.
