After escaping The Supervisor, you will reach a room containing a Mine Cart resting on Tracks. The objective here is to maneuver the Cart across the Tracks correctly and use it to access the Lever that unlocks the following path.

Adjusting the Tracks

One player must begin by interacting with the Lever in the middle of the room to shift the Tracks. Once this is done, push the Mine Cart all the way to the left side. After moving it, use the Lever again to switch the Tracks back to their original alignment in Little Nightmares III.

Extending the Track

Before you can push the Mine Cart to the right, Low must shoot the button located on the right side of the room. Activating this button reveals the remaining Track needed to progress.

Reaching the Lever

Push the Mine Cart to the right until it fills with candy. After it is filled, push the Cart back toward the left side of the room. Climb onto the filled Cart and use it to reach the Lever hanging above. Pulling this Lever will open the trap door below, allowing you to drop through and continue forward in Little Nightmares III.
