In Lost Soul Aside, you will encounter many formidable bosses, each testing your combat skills and adaptability. One of the early yet significant challenges is Lord White Cloud, the third boss you face after defeating Rose Queen.
This encounter introduces you to new weapon mechanics and requires both precision and patience. The steps in this guide will help you prepare, identify boss attack patterns, and defeat them successfully.
Equipment, Skills & Abilities
When you get to Lord White Cloud, you won't have many supplies left. The sword with fire in it that you got from the Rose Queen is the best weapon for this battle because it has a strong attack and burns damage that builds up over time.
For arena skills, a Frost Blast is still very useful because it helps control the crowd during the fight.
Trinkets such as the Bracelets of Glimmer, available in town before reaching this area, offer valuable advantages. Additionally, if you lose to a boss, you may acquire trinkets that boost damage dealt and reduce damage taken. Equipping these can tilt the fight in your favor.
Skill points are distributed generously in the game. At this stage, even without significant investments, functional abilities include Level One Heavy Cleave for charged damage against bosses and Level Two Cleave for groups of enemies.

A typical sequence involves a spear thrust followed by a spinning ground attack. Rushing in after the thrust often leads to being caught in the spin, so restraint is recommended. Staying close reduces the frequency of spear throws, forcing him into close-quarters combat.
Even though perfect dodges still work, his more extended attack range makes it more likely that you'll miss. If you can't be sure of getting away, don't commit to full combos because the last hit in the chain leaves you open.
