This guide explains where to find every Schematic, Newspaper, Comic, and Baseball Card so you can get the 100% completion achievement in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.

Starting the Investigation

As soon as the mission begins, look for some garbage near a vent. Jump on top of that vent to grab a Schematic. After that, walk inside the building and look at the table on your right side. A Newspaper is sitting right there.

Working with the Stage Designer

Keep moving until you meet the Stage Designer. Go past them and use your tail to pick the lock on the door.

You will see a wall that can be broken, and a Baseball Card is on the table to the right of it. Blow up that wall and drop down onto the balcony. Look under the small ramp made of planks to find a Comic.

Mastering the Double Jump

Find the Old Rat Stuntman to learn the Double Jump move. A Newspaper is sitting on the chair right next to him. Once you have this new skill, go back to the spot where you fell into the basement.

Use your Double Jump to reach a ledge nearby. You will find a Baseball Card on one of the boxes at the end of this path in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire.

Water Hazards and Safes

From the spot where you met the stuntman, drop down toward the platforms in the water. You will find a safe here that holds a Schematic. After that, follow the path across the water. When you reach the next platform, look at the barrel on your left to find another Schematic.

Escaping the Fire

Later in the mission, the building will be on fire. When you reach the balcony seats during your escape, open the door to the main hall. Turn to your right immediately and jump over the flames. Open the door to the hallway and look on top of the cabinets to find a Comic.

Back at the P.I. Office

Once you finish the mission and return to the P.I. Office, go to your board and pin your clues. After you do this, walk over to the Paperboy standing near your office. You can buy the final Newspaper from him to complete your collection for this area.
