Movie Gallery Sale *Update*

This will be very similar to King's "Great Deals at Movie Gallery" blog. :P

 

The Movie Gallery near where I live is closing down, and they are having 60% on all DvDs and video games.

 

Here are the DvDs and video game I (and my parents) bought:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9 DvDs: $39

1 Game: $13

 

Say whatever about Street Fight: The Legend of Chun-Li, but I pick it because it was so bad. :P I only picked about 3 of them, the rest my parents picked them, but I'll probably watched them too. Horrible or not, I got a great deal. :P

 

I'm pretty excited to play Dead Space, but I'm also pretty scared to play it. I'm a person that gets scared for playing the "Flood" level in Halo. Yea, I'm a chicken for scary games and scary movies. :P

Update: I didn't actually finish this blog, but my mom wants to use the laptop, so I hurried the blog a little.

 

I played Dead Space for 45 minutes. And I have to say... Holy Crap! That game is scary! It got so intense that I hurried to a save point and then quit the game and started playing Gears of War 2 :P

 

Dead Space makes Gears of War looks like it's for babies :P

 

Anyways, more about the game. My first impression is, of course, great atmosphere and scary. Gameplay is better than i remembered, I played the demo before, and I did not like the controls and the shooting at all. But the full game, it starts really well and introduced the controls in a way that it was easy to grasp. Even though it's a 2-years-old game, it doesn't look like it. The graphic is still outstanding and the moody sound effects really enhanced the experience.

 

I really liked what I played, I just hope I have enough guts to keep playing it. :P
