If you want to get Eevee and all the Eeveelutions in Pokémon Pokopia, you need to head to Pallet Town first. This is the large open-world area where most of the evolution content is found. It is also the only place where you can find Eevee, so this is where the full process begins.

Where to Find Eevee

You can only find Eevee in Pallet Town. When you enter this area, Eevee is the first Pokémon you will come across. That makes the base form very easy to get once you know the correct location.

The bigger part of this guide is the evolutions. Those are not given to you right away. Each one is tied to a special unlock condition, so you need to work through the related challenges first.

How to Unlock All Eeveelutions

All Eeveelutions are locked behind special challenges. To unlock them, you need to complete the challenge tied to a specific special item. These items include Afternoon Tea Set, Soda Floats, Sandwiches, Pizza, Chocolate Cookies, Fried Potatoes, Shaved Ice, and Ribbon Cake.

Each of these special items is connected to one of Eevee’s evolutions. That means you cannot skip the challenges if you want the full set. You need to go through them one by one and unlock each item individually.

How to Spawn Each Evolution

Once you unlock a special item, place the matching item on top of a standard Table and Chair setup. That is what makes the corresponding evolution appear. For example, if you unlock Ribbon Cake, you need to place Ribbon Cake on the setup to spawn that evolution.
