Open the CEG Parking Area

When you begin Part 5: Richard, head toward the CEG Headquarters.

• Go left of the main entrance.
• Enter the small security booth.
• Press the button inside to open the parking gate.
• Enter the CEG parking area.
• Find the Generator Key

Once inside the parking area:

Find the building with the garage entrance.

• Enter through the garage.
• Go upstairs and enter the Manager's Office.
• Search the cabinet to obtain the Generator Key.

You will need this key to start the generator outside.

How to Start the Generator

Take the Generator Key to the yellow generator in the parking area.

First, walk around to the back of the generator.

Set the three levers as follows:

• Left: Vertical
• Middle: Vertical
• Right: Diagonal

Only the right lever needs to be moved from its original position.

• Return to the front of the generator and:
• Insert the Generator Key into the slot on the right.
• Pull the red lever on the left.
• The generator will start and restore power to the construction elevator.
• Enter CEG Tower
• With the generator running:
• Go to the construction elevator attached to the side of CEG Tower.
• Interact with the elevator controls.
• Activate the elevator and select Up.
• Ride the elevator to the upper platform.
• Follow the scaffolding and enter the building through the opening.

You are now inside CEG Tower and begin the next section of Richard's chapter.

What to Do After Entering CEG Tower

Once inside, continue upward through the building.

You automatically obtain the Shotgun on Floor 2.

Pick up the CEG HQ - Mezzanine to Fifth Floor Map on the stairs between Floors 2 and 3.

Continue to the 5th Floor Boardroom.

After the scene, collect the Access Card – Level 3/4 from the table.

This card allows you to access the areas needed for the next part of the CEG puzzle.
