story no. 3 "The Legend of Vanguard"

Again, it's unfinished.. and due to it being currently at 9 pages at the font size of 10... I will post it part by part... one paragraph at a time at the minimum... so here it is...

Legends once told of a story a a clan of warriors both called as demons and as heroes. For centuries a hidden power has rested peacefully within the endless maze of rooms of the tomb of king Maelstrom which laid at peace under the waves, within the underwater ruins of the capital city Meer Stadt of the country Marina.

 

It all began during great 300 year war between the kingdom of Marina and the empire of Tierra. Before the war, the citizens of Marina were peaceful until their cities were burned and were forced to the sea by the raiders of the Northern nation of Gelato Nord now under the rule of Tierra, where they have settled until the Great War better known as Mondial Conflit. The Great War began when the kingdom of Marina invaded her smaller neighbors hoping to greatly increase its economy in preparation of the war. After successfully invading and occupying the 3 smaller countries surrounding it, they were determined to quickly make advancements in the fields of military armaments and medicine. Marina secretly developed such advancements without the knowledge of 2 super powers, as they still considered Marina as a minor threat. After 20 years, the kingdom of Marina now lead by king Maelstrom which was the brother of the late king Ruhig Meer, in whose name the capital city was named after, was now economically booming. Now with the secret powerful military force of the kingdom of Marina, King Maelstrom was now ready for his plans of world domination.
