Update on EVERYTHING

Hello. How are you all. I havent had much time for Noobfeed or even other sites besides Twitter and Hulu. The main reason being I just finished up my End of Grade Testing. I have been pretty sick of working after sitting at a desk all day taking those dumb things so I hope you understand my absence. Even forum posting seemed like work and news writing is work. The thing about writing news is that the bigger the announcement/news the more exciting and fun it is to write. Say I was writing about a new Xbox coming out. Thats HUGE! I would have a great time writing about it and all. Now say I was doing something like sales. YUCK! Nothing bores me more (well some things do) then numbers. And that all sales are is numbers. I am so happy Noobfeed lets me choose the articles I want to write. It makes my life so much easier. OH FREAK MY LAPTOP IS HOT ON ITS UNDER SIDE! Now back to what I was saying. I have mixed reactions towards E3. I am so excited about the press confrences however us writers are going to have our work cut out for us. But still this year is going to be big with it going back to the way it was 2 or 3 years ago. Cant wait.:D Speaking of E3 I have school during it. Luckily field day is on that Moday so I will probably get to stay home and see it. I think field day is just a big waste of time so I will be at home like most sane people writing watching E3 and keeping you up-to-date I already know my class will loose at field day anyway so whats the point? Now Tuesday I am pretty sure Sony and Nintendo are having theirs on the same day like last year so that will be a bit tricky getting out of school for that. I am going to try asking my teachers 2 weeks before hand what we are doing that day and if I will miss anything could I have the work early. Its 7 days before the last day of school so I dont think it will be anything important. I am eaven willing to stay after school one day if I can stay home Tuesday and see the confrences. So now I will move on to a more interesting subject then my E3 Battle Plans.

Games

inFamous: Pre-ordered at Gamestop. Looking good by reviews. Was hoping more sites would have scores closer to IGN's but we all have different opinions.

Fat Princes: I would give it a 9.5. THE BEST game to hit PSN in 2009 will be Fat Princess. I have only played the Beta so I am looking forward to the real thing.

Resistance 2: Picked up at Best Buy Saturday. Really enjoying it. Great campaign. Great guns. Great bosses. I love everything about it. I do wish you could jump over railing though. Going down stairs is so last year. I give it a 9.3.

 

Hulu:

If you have never been on Hulu you should give it a try. It has a great collection of TV shows and a few ok movies. The best part is its free. This saves you the trouble of having to go to the network's site to watch a show. They are all in one place from different networks. :)

Legend of the Seeker: One of my favorite shows. It follows the story of a guy who finds out he is destined to kill the evil ruler and save the land. He teams up with this lady who is sworn to protect him and an old wizard. The Seeker does have a nice sword. I suspect a lot of you would enjoy this show if you like Zelda, action/adventure, and Midevil Times stuff.

Chuck: My favorite show, Chuck, was renewed by NBC for a third season. Thank you so much NBC. You made a great choice. This show is about a nerd. He works at a spin off of Best Buy called the Buy More. Well his best friend from college one day send him all the governments secrets. turns out his friend from college was a spy. So now Chuck, with the secrets of our Nation in his head gets wrapped up in all this spy stuff. Did I mention the character and the actor who plays him play video games? A lot of game refrences in the show. You all would surely love it.

 

Books:

Ted Dekker's Circle Trilogy: By far some of the best books I have ever read. The first book is called Black, second, Red, third White. Red is my favrite. There is a Green coming out in September:)

These books follow a man named Thomas Hunter. He is in a little trouble with the mofia. He owes them money. Well they find him and he gets shot in the head. (Well the bullet only scratches him. He wakes up in this whole other world where he later finds out it is a future Earth. But this world is so different. Well that is because a virus wipes out Earth and a new Earth is created, which is where Thomas finds himself after being shot. Well when he falles asleep he wakes back up in the world the book started off in. Right before the virus wipes out Earth. So now every time Thomas dreams he wakes up in the other world. In the first one before the virus kills everyone he is trying to stop the virus. In the other he is, well it confusing to ecplain. You will have to read to find out more. And there are ALOT OF TWISTS AND TURNS in this book. Such a great read you would never want to put down.
