The fight begins with Clem trying to wack Luigi with his fan. You have to get close to Clem to have him perform his 3 hit combo. If he hits you, you'll have to try again. Avoid the walls, since they will kill you instantly, and the mines.
When Clem performs his final combo stick, which is a spin attack. Suck up his rubber duck and launch it into the spikes. Try to aim closest to the ladder. When vulnerable, climb up the ladder, hit Clem with the flashlight, and suck him up. Clem will use the same strategy, just adding more mines during the course of the fight.
