King Boo is the final opponent you'll encounter during Luigi's Mansion 3 and he's tough. But we know have to defeat him.
King Boo will start off with several attacks. Most of these are randomized but he'll perform all of them before the final attack that leaves him vulnerable.
The first is a lightning strike, just head into the non-charged panel. Next is a series of tongue strikes, run back and forth to avoid these. The fireballs come down in a straight line, easily avoided. Sometimes Boo will sweep his tongue across the field, use ZR and ZL to leap over the tongue if he does this.
When Boo throws a spiked ball suck up 1 of the bombs and throw it at Boo. Once down, summon Gooigi and together suck up his tongue. Perform multiple slams to enter the second phase.
During this phase, Boo will use a second copy of himself. You can tell which is the real Boo by his brighter eyes. Boo will now add a ground-pound to his attack set. Only the real Boo will send a shockwave when performing this, but head into a corner to and get ready to jump. Another new attack is a jump-rope like tongue attack that you must run under or leap over.
As before, when they throw a spiked ball throw a bomb into the real Boo's mouth.
The last phase has 3 Boos. He'll open with a barrage of bombs, as with Amadeus throwing sears just run in a circle and avoid the shadows. Boo will use the other attacks he's been using and as before throwing a bomb into his mouth when the spike balls are thrown. This will be the final phase of the fight.
