Battlefield 6 gives you a plethora of options when it comes to selecting weapon attachments. A lot of the options do become a standout for being overpowered when you pair them with the right weapons.
It’s important that you know how certain attachments will work and how they can enhance our weapons capability immensely when it comes to their time-to-kill efficiency.
Hollow Point Ammo
The Hollow Point Ammo increases your headshot multiplier from 1.34X to 1.5X. It might not seem big at first, but it is significant, making weapons like NVO-228E, AK4D, SCW-10, and SG 553R a force to be reckoned with.
Making these guns 2 or 1 shot killers at most ranges. It will be noticeable on weapons that deal around 33 base damage, but its only drawback is its higher ammo cost.
Synthetic Tip Ammo
It has an even higher 1.75X headshot multiplayer, but it’s better catered for low damage, high fire rate weapons, making it particularly handy in close range combat.
It does cost more to equip, making it a situational choice rather than one that fits into all setups.
Handstop Attachment
The attachment greatly enhances how movement and shooting feel in combat; it replaces your traditional grip but allows you to fire as you sprint.
Your accuracy well well-suited, but it allows you to be aggressive in close quarters and pairs particularly well with SMGs.
Flashlight
It’s a great choice for hipfire accuracy as a reduces the spread buildup, making it particularly handy for close-range fights.
Suppressor & Flash Hider
These are great for reducing visibility when shooting, the suppressor hides the shots from the mini map at a slight cost of hipefire accuracy and recoil. Whereas the flash hider removes visual markers above your character, allowing you to stay hidden.
Short Barrel
The Short Barrel improves upon your hipfire accuracy at a fraction of the cost, making it perfect for weapons like carbines or SMGs.
Heavy Barrel
The Heavy Barrel is also a viable option, especially for containing spread buildup whenever ADSing, improving your accuracy.
If you are still unsure of what to equip, experiment with what you enjoy to get an understanding of what works for you.
