In Battlefield 6, leveling up your weapons is crucial; it will make a difference in unlocking attachments and mastering loadouts.

Fear not, as there is an almost broken method that makes the process very easy compared to your standard multiplayer lobbies.

The game uses a Mastery Level system for weapons progression. Each of your weapons can reach up to Level 50, which will unlock exclusive skins and blueprints.

Reaching level 50 takes a while through the regular matches, but using the Portal Mode, it’s a lot quicker. You’ll just have to be a little patient.

Portal Mode allows you to play custom setups, which will include AI bots that still grant weapon XP and progression. This makes it easy to speak through Level without having to rely on matchmaking, and it’s a system that works on every platform.

You’ll want to start by heading to the Community Tab from the main menu and searching for “xfcp” in the Experience Code section.

This will bring up a custom game, which is community-made made and this will allow you 100% XP progression for all categories, such as career XP, master XP, daily missions, and challenges.

Everything you do in that lobby will make a significant difference in your progress.

You’ll want to host your own personal match and add a password to ensure that only AI bots will participate in the match.

After clicking host, you might be denied entry with a message saying “Global Game Quota Exceeded,” which means the maximum number of active servers has been reached.

This is the part that requires patience, as you’ll need to spam host continuously until the game lets you enter and host, which may take a few seconds or even minutes, but it’s definitely worth it.

When the server launches, you’ll want to put an emphasis on capturing objectives and eliminating as many enemies to maximize your XP.

Standing in capture zones while still being active and assisting will stack up even more experience, and if you pick the support class, the ammo crate will help you maintain resources.

Attacking will make it so that you get more combat opportunities, which is ideal for leveling up your assault rifles, SMG‘s and LMGs; when defending, you want to switch to a sniper rifle to take advantage of longer range encounters, and it’s pretty easy to do so as you are going to be against predictable bots.

This method will allow you to level up various weapons per match and increase overall XP.
