BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW Guide | Chapter 4 All Collectibles Locations

BrokenLore Chapter 4 lands about three-quarters of the way through the game. That makes this collectible sweep short and sweet. There aren't many items to track here, but the few that do exist are easy to miss if you move too quickly.

You may feed Worm Head by following this straightforward path through the hospital sector. After that, you will need to acquire the two hidden objects in order to finish Chapter 4 without any problems.

Chapter 4 Collectibles Overview

Only two collectibles are covered in this chapter route. You will discover a single 1/1 CD and a single 1/1 Mini Anne Doll. The order is easy to follow. Take the CD next to the stairs first, then go back to the Flooded Area to retrieve the doll.

Feed Worm Head Before Collecting

At the start of the chapter, feed your new pet, Worm Head. This keeps the chapter flow moving and sets you up to head straight into the collectible path. The moment is hard to forget, since Worm Head shows off some great teeth up close.

CD Location Near The Steps

After feeding Worm Head, go straight on. Head up the steps and check the side as you move. The 1/1 CD sits just off the main line, so it can slip past your view if you stay centered. Pick it up as soon as you see it, then turn back.

Mini Anne Doll Location In The Flooded Area

With the CD collected, head all the way back down to the Flooded Area. Move forward until you reach a narrow gap you can squeeze through. Slide through that opening, then look left right away. The 1/1 Mini Anne Doll is placed on a bed on the left side. Collect it, and the Chapter 4 collectible set is finished.

Continue The Chapter Route

After acquiring the Mini Anne Doll, proceed along the road leading to the hospital as you normally would. The detour for the collectible has been completed, which means that you can now concentrate on the subsequent chambers and story beats without having to go back around.
