Finding the Windmill

Oscar has to use a Guild Rookie to his advantage. He dispatches you to Basselbrook to seek Gilligan. Get yourself a replacement Cog with Gilligan once you find him. Take this Cog to Fellowood and Oscar can repair the mill.

Getting Rewards and New Shop Items

Once you leave the Cog with Oscar in his hands, he assures you that he will get the delivery to Stoniebridge immediately. One of the advantages of assisting him is that Oscar will now sell you Flour. This is so that you need not spend time any more at a mill yourself. Getting everything under wrap up, go back to Spence and have a talk. He will gladly know the news, and you will get your Hearts.
