Deltarune Guide | All Cafe Break Interactions in Chapter 5

Cafe Break opens after the Blue and Yellow boss fight in Chapter 5. Inside the cafe, you can spend 20 Flowery Dollars on Flower Team Time conversations. Several talks appear right away, but most unlock after you defeat the matching flower bosses. The final two interactions require defeating the secret boss, Pink.

Return to the cafe after each major flower battle. By the time you are just before the Flowery fight, the standard set should be available. If a pairing is missing, the related boss has probably not been beaten yet.

Available Interactions

Aqua has six interactions: Aqua & Kris, Aqua & Yellow, Aqua & Green, Aqua & Seth, Aqua & Blue, and Aqua & Orange. These cover Kris changing forms, Yellow debating knives and guns, Green answering with cheese, Seth dodging Aqua’s gender question, Blue explaining love, and Orange correcting Aqua about their gloves.

Seth’s set includes Seth & Ralsei, Seth & Susie, Seth & Yellow, Seth & Green, Seth & Blue, and Seth & Orange. These scenes focus on leadership arguments, Susie being recruited, the ranch misunderstanding, Green’s pan gag, Blue calling Seth over-analytical, and Seth’s strange sketch of Orange as a human.

Yellow’s interactions include Yellow & Ralsei, Yellow & Green, Yellow & Blue, and Yellow & Orange. Ralsei asks about herbs, Green communicates through food, Blue gets poetic about protection, and Orange receives a cowboy hat. Green also has a solo interaction where he waves while everyone claps, plus Green & Orange, where Orange comments on their shared food-and-chef dynamic.

Blue’s later conversations include Blue & Susie, Blue & Orange, Blue & Orange 2, Blue & Orange 3, and Blue & Green. These include Susie talking about Noelle’s heartbeat, Orange asking for famous advice, missing gloves, a champion-path discussion, and Blue interpreting Green’s food as love. Orange also gets Orange & Susie and Orange & Ralsei, while the secret-boss rewards add Pink & Orange and Pink & Kris.

Unlocking the Full Set

Clear Blue and Yellow first to open the cafe, then keep progressing through Aqua, Seth, Green, Orange, and the rest of the flower boss sequence. 

After Pink is defeated through the Mystery Key route, return to the cafe for the final Pink pairings.
