Got some new games!

Hi everyone! First of all, I would like to thank all the comments, emails, personal messages , PSN  messages that I had wishing me happy birthday. I had a very pleasant day with friends and family, got some nice gifts and I bought a few games as well. I'll give you some quick impressions about the new games and some other games that I bought in the last couple of days.

 

Bionic Commando - I think this game is a bit underrated because I really enjoyed it. The graphics aren't that next-gen as they should be, also neither the storyline seems to be 'ok'. Still, there are a few aspects that make this game rather enjoyable. The hype for this game was huge but in the end something was missing when the final product came out. Still, I recommend this game if you've played the original Bionic Commando. I bought it for 20 Euros (new and sealed).

Call of Duty: C.lassic - This game is available on PSN for 14.99 Euros. I also recommend it for the FPS fans. It's funny to see how the old health system was back in the days. Instead of the new recovery system in which you can recover your health if you find cover, you need to pick up health packs in order to keep you alive. I think the old way is harder because if you don't find any health packs...I can't wait until I get to veteran mode with no health packs. :P

 

Terminator Salvation - I'm going to try and say something good about this game: Easy trophies=Easy Platinum. Bought it online for 15 Euros. Also, this game is now my fastest game completed. The previous record was from MOH: Rising Sun(PS2), I've completed the game 3 days. Terminator Salvation only lasted 2 days.

 

Assassins Creed II - I bought it new and I was really looking forward to try the sequel because I've heard a lot of great things about it. Well, I'm in Sequence DNA 4 and the game is still repetitive to me. Don't get me wrong but it's the same thing as AC1, I hope I'll change my opinion.

 

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames - A real bargain(15 Euros) and a good game, played 2-3 hours and it isn't bad at all. I'ts an open world game where you can do whatever you want.

 

As you can see I am lot of games to keep me busy for a while. I do plan reviewing them all...next year. :P Also, the year is almost over and I have already picked my GOTY, I have also prepared a blog about my 2010 wishlist.
