You can use the Sharpdart Skill instead of your normal lunge attack to make it a dash-based piercing move.

This improved ability gives you both attacking power and mobility, letting you move through enemies while dealing damage. It is possible to use the Skill twice in a row, which gives you an edge in combat in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Starting Location

You should start your trip in the Wormways, where you previously used a Simple Key to open a door. To get to the Sharpdart Skill spot, this is where you should look.

Navigation Path

From where you started, go through the door you opened earlier and to the left. Be cautious of the Worms in this area as you continue to move across the land.

When you get to the other side, you'll see a platform area. Having the Harpoon Skill helps here because it makes it easier to climb through these parts. You should move toward the left side of the area from this level in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Keep going to the left until you reach the farthest point. Then, use your Harpoon Skill to make the jump up to the raised platform. When you get to this point, you'll find a door that opens when you play music.

When you press the associated button to play music, the door opens. When this musical sequence plays, the door opens, allowing you to enter the next room. To open the door and move forward, use the music command Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Final Area Navigation

Enter the newly opened area and proceed to the far left to reach the Weavenest area. You use standard platforming controls to jump over gaps and move leftward through the world.

As you move through the world, you will face many enemies, such as falling Worms and other creatures. These enemies aren't too hard, but you need to pay attention while you're navigating. As you see fit, deal with them while keeping up your progress toward the Skill spot in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

Skill Acquisition

When you reach the right spot in Weave Nest Corn, you'll find the Sharp Dart silk Skill. Pressing R1 will trigger this ability, which lets you pierce through enemies with a mix of blade and silk techniques. This Skill enables you to phase through enemies while dealing damage. It can be used twice in a row before it needs to be replenished in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
