Horizon Forbidden West - Obtain the Skykiller Weapon

The Skykiller spike throw weapon is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Here's how to obtain it.

Unfortunately, you can only get this weapon during the finale of the game. Once you gain access to the flying mount head to Legacy's Landfall and speak to the ladies on the boat. Take the Sunwing to the location on the map and you'll find the part where the asphalt splits, with a scavenger pile highlighted in purple in the sand.

take the Sunwing to the and dive into the ocean to find a transmission. The batteries are located in 3 parts by the ship, the first is directly below, use your focus to highlight it. The next inside the other part of the ship, highlighted by 2 blue icons leading you inside. The final is in a cover where the tail end of the ship is located, west of where the transmission is.

The final part has you destroying a Dreadwing and using your Sunwing to detach the part you need. Head back and the girls will give you the Skykiller weapon.
