You need to unlock the Newtown SubWayne Station by solving a puzzle on the roof. Follow these steps to get the power running so you can enter the station.

Setting Up the Roof

When you stand in front of the SubWayne doors, look up and grapple to the roof. Take control of Robin and find the yellow circle. Use his Staff to pull it to the left. This opens some shutters and reveals the power stations you need to fix.

Restoring Power

Switch to Batman and go behind the building to grab a Battery. Place this Battery into the 3rd power station. Next, find another Battery to the right of that station and put it into the 4th empty slot in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.

You can use your X-Ray Vision near the red Toolbox to trace the green wires if you need to double-check the connection. Once both parts are in the right place, head back down to the SubWayne door and press the button to open it.
