Marvel Cosmic Invasion’s Silver Surfer is one of the game's strongest superheroes. He possesses quick speed and yields severe cosmic damage, and his movement allows him to stay quick and dodge attacks.

When under the right hands, the Silver Surfer becomes a force to be reckoned with and can easily cope with handling crowds of enemies and bosses.

Light Attack

Silver Surfer’s light attack is quick; this allows him to rapidly unleash combos to take out many enemies in quick succession. His series of kicks causes serious damage, and it’s instantaneous, making his basic light attack one of the strongest in the game in terms of damage per second.

His kicks also follow a wide arc; this allows him to hit enemies from almost every direction, even aerial targets. His light attack is one of the best attacks in his toolkit, and it should be used to its full potential.

Sprint Attack

Silver Surfer has a pretty unique sprint attack, where he uses his Cosmic Surfboard to dash into enemies. Enemies that are hit during the dashes are knocked upwards, taking a decent amount of damage and vulnerable to follow-ups.

The main highlight of the attack is not its damage, although it is decent, but its ability to quickly reposition and close distances.

Charged Attack

Silver Surfer's charge attack, Board Bash, has him use his Cosmic Surfboard as a ranged weapon. Out of all his attacks, the charged attack is Silver Surfer's weakest. This is mainly due to the fact that when he charges up, he is vulnerable to getting hit while the animation loads.

However, this isn’t always the case; in scenarios where there aren’t many enemies/crowds, it can be a useful attack as you are less likely to be hit from multiple sides.

Ranged Attack

His ranged attack shoots a powerful beam that is capable of going through enemies, knocking them down, and dealing cosmic damage.

It’s up there with the most powerful ranged attacks in the game; you’ll be able to freeze groups of enemies from a single side, giving you time and space to deal with multiple enemies at once.

Aerial Attack

Silver Surfer has a significant aerial prowess; his light attacks can easily take on enemies in the air, paired with his ranged attack as well.

The game also allows him to hover midair on his Surfboard after jumping, this allows him to easily take out aerial threats, making him a versatile aerial threat.

Special Attack

Silver Surfer's special attack, Cosmic Burst, has him radiate energy in a charged orb form, dealing a lot of AOE damage; it’s a move best used for dealing with many enemies at once to clear space.

Passive and Assist

For his passive, whenever successfully parrying an enemy, cosmic damage gets added, extending the overall stun duration.

As an assist, Silver Surfer comes in and uses his menacing ranged attack, making him a great character to duo with, because of his strong damage output.

To conclude, Silver Surfer's speed, cosmic damage, ability to take on large crowds, and versatility make him one of the most powerful superheroes in Marvel Cosmic Invasion. You’ll want to prioritize using Silver Surfer’s best attacks: his ranged attack, fast light attack combos, and aerial prowess to get the most use out of him.
