There are three monsters which are far stronger than any other you can find on your first voyages in Monsties in Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection.
The red skull icon gives you the clue about who they are; they are a level much higher than you are. In case you manage to beat them and get their eggs, you will have one of the most powerful Monsties.

Finding Monsters
Espinas may be located in a special cave in Azuria or randomly Dens at Mirror Lake where he may appear as a defender. When you are playing the story, you’ll encounter a event, and upon completing it, you’ll find Brachydios in the Ancient Battlefield area near the southern part of Azuria.
Deviljho is in the second area on top of Mount Canalta in a certain position on map. These monsters appear as Monsties before you can find their eggs in the wild so it is a good idea to seek them out at an early stage.

Preparing for Battle
These fights require the proper equipment and company to endure. Espinas and Brachydios are vulnerable to Water, hence carry a Water Weapon and a Water Monsty.
Deviljho is feeble to Thunder and Dragon, exploit those aspects on him. You need to make sure you have Paintballs in your bag and the Den Protector Decoration in your armor in case you have it. Ogden is a nice person to bring with you as your battle ally.
His Hunting Horn songs can make you dodge and keep alive and he can take Status Knives or Traps to keep the monster down.

Getting Eggs
Fight with a Sneak Attack as the percentage damage is very beneficial when it comes to high-level enemies. Poison, Paralysis and Accuracy Down should be used in the battle to assist you.
If you have the skill of Dreadqueen Rathian, Severe Poison, then drain their health. At the time, when the monster is nearly killed, use a Paintball to add more probability to the monster to retreat.
Should they retreat they build a Den containing nothing but their eggs. This is to ensure that you obtain late-game Monsties at an early stage. And in case they fail to retreat, simply reload the territory and get a second attempt.

Developing Team
Deviljho can be considered the best since he is quite unlike other early game animals. And you will have him as your best Dragon Monsty for a long time.
You can use even simple Dragon Genes, which you can use to win Bingos and increase his damage. Espinas is a Fire monster which attacks with Power, thus he is rather similar to Ratha, but has special status effects.
These monsters are excellent due to the fact that their statistics are so high; they will help your team get through the first two regions with ease.
