Northwestern Plateau

Travel northwest from where Chillet's icon appears on your map. Cross the bridge that leads directly to a flat plateau area in Palworld.

This place features a high, open space in the middle, containing a lot of Ore resources. You can place your Pal facilities along the edge and utilize the raised ledges for your buildings, creating a solid multi-story base plan.

Because of its height, this place naturally protects against raids, making it perfect if you're not ready to cope with raid dynamics.

The region also boasts excellent views of the world around it, which is beneficial for both strategy and aesthetics.

Yellow Zone Western Location

From where you start, go straight west into the yellow biome area. This area differs from the sandy desert areas located north of the map in Palworld.

Navigate southwest around the terrain features, and you may encounter a level 12 enemy that you can either defeat or simply run past without significant difficulty.

This location offers another multi-level base opportunity, allowing you to position your Palbox on the available ledges.

You don't need every Ore node within your base boundaries to maintain effective resource generation. Having sufficient nodes for passive Ore collection will support your early game progression adequately.

The upper areas of this location offer defensible positions, though you should note that Pal raids can approach from specific directions in Palworld.

Consider establishing defensive measures on the vulnerable approaches if you choose this location.

Northern Resource-Rich Area

Locate Azurobe on your map and travel north of that position. Instead of attempting to bypass Hawk from the previous route, approach from the north past the Tower, move through the red zone, and cross the bridge.

Follow the road system, which has minimal Pal encounters, until you reach the elevated hill area in Palworld.

This location provides good Ore node access along with a Coal node. You can manually mine the Coal node during visits and store the resources for future use, reducing your dependency on Coal gathering elsewhere.

Once you venture north and capture a Digtoise, you can return it to this base to maximize your mining efficiency.

If you've modified resource generation settings, this single Coal node can provide substantial long-term resources in Palworld.

This location works effectively as a dedicated mining base that can support your progression significantly.
