Predator Cores are valuable resources that can be found by hunting down Predator Owls throughout the world.
This guide will show you the best way to farm these Cores, including where to find them and how to collect as many as possible in Palworld.
Getting Started
Before you begin your hunt, understand that Predator Owls are not guaranteed spawns and only appear once per day in each designated spot.
You'll need to hunt down these creatures at various locations across the map. The faster you can move between locations, the more efficient your farming will be in Palworld.

While this route can be completed entirely with ground mounts, having a flying mount will significantly improve your speed for specific sections.
Primary Route - Bridge of the Twin Knights
Start your journey at the Bridge of the Twin Knights area, where several spawn points are located close to each other.
Your first target is directly across the bridge from your starting position in Palworld. Even though Predator Owls are considered rare spawns, you may find one waiting for you.
When you encounter a Predator Owl, defeat it and collect the Predator Cores it drops.
From the bridge location, head northwest toward the visible fast travel point. You're not going directly to that point, but rather to a small beach along the way.
The spawn locations in this area are positioned close together, making them efficient to check. If no Predator Owl spawns on the beach, return to where the Relaxaurus was located.
Alternatively, if the Relaxaurus didn't spawn initially, move to the Tarantriss location and alternate between these two spots until you trigger the next spawn in Palworld.
Continue northeast to reach the next fast travel point, where another spawn opportunity awaits.
Look slightly south of the fast travel point for a Predator Owl on a small platform. If nothing appears here, move north to check the following nearby location.
These spots work well as pairs, so check both before moving on. The following spawn point is located just south of the upper waypoint.

This initial route covers four potential spawn locations and should provide enough Predator Cores for you without flying mounts or those just starting their farming routine in Palworld.
Extended Route - Massander Forest
Once you've completed the initial route, travel to the Mossanda Forest fast travel point to continue your hunt.
From this location, head to the crossroads slightly north of the fast travel point where a Rayhound can spawn. Take it down to collect its Predator Cores.
Your next destination is northwest in a valley area. Having a flying mount becomes particularly advantageous here due to the terrain and distance between spawn points.
Navigate northwest and scour the valley. If no spawns appear in the valley, prepare for a longer journey to the following location.
Look for a road that appears to end abruptly - this dead end is your next target. Place a marker on your map to help navigate to this location in Palworld.
At the T-junction near this dead end, Predator Owls typically patrol the area. Some spawns in this region may only appear during nighttime, so consider the time of day when planning your route.
Final Locations
After checking the dead-end location, your final destination is the lake situated in the middle of the volcano area.
Travel north or northeast from the dead end (depending on which spawn you found) to reach this lake location. Here you can discover Reptyro Cryst, which will conclude your farming route in Palworld.

Spawn Management Tips
If Predator Owls don't show up where they're supposed to, you can make them spawn by moving between neighbouring places or doing the spawn manipulation methods.
Go back to the places you've already been and switch between them until the spawn you want shows up.
Keep in mind that each place only gives you one spawn every day, so time your farming efforts around that.
This route gives you many chances to quickly collect Predator Cores while still being able to use numerous sorts of mounts and levels of your progress in Palworld.
