In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you can unlock Mega Beedrill, a Bug/Poison-type Pokémon, through a specific encounter that rewards you with its Mega Stone.

This guide explains how to obtain Mega Beedrill and the Beedrillite, including the encounter details, game data, and how the process works during your journey in Lumiose City.
Overview
Mega Beedrill is one of the available Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. To obtain it, you must first locate and defeat a special type of Pokémon known as a Rogue Mega Pokémon.

These Pokémon appear in the wild already in their Mega form and are more powerful than regular encounters. By defeating them, you can obtain their corresponding Mega Stones.
How to Get Mega Beedrill
To obtain Mega Beedrill, you need to defeat the Rogue Mega Beedrill found during your exploration. After defeating this wild Mega Pokémon, you will receive the Beedrillite, the item required to Mega Evolve your Beedrill.
Rogue Mega Pokémon act as special opponents that have undergone Mega Evolution without a Trainer. These battles are tougher than standard wild encounters, so it is recommended to prepare before engaging them.

When you face a Rogue Mega Beedrill, you will not be alone; an ally from Team MZ will often accompany you in the battle, providing additional support as you work together to bring it down.
Once you defeat the Rogue Mega Beedrill, you will automatically acquire the Beedrillite, which allows your Beedrill to Mega Evolve during battles.
Game Data and Learnset
After obtaining the Beedrillite, you can equip it to your Beedrill to trigger Mega Evolution during combat. This transformation temporarily boosts Beedrill’s overall strength and alters its form and battle abilities, making it suitable for more demanding encounters.
Its move pool remains consistent with standard progression, ensuring compatibility with previously learned moves while benefiting from the Mega form’s enhanced attributes.
