This guide explains how you can obtain it and what to expect during the process.

How to Unlock Mega Banette

To get to Mega Banette, you need to get the Banettite, which is a Mega Stone. You can get this item by beating a Rogue Mega Banette that shows up in the wild. These Rogue versions work like Mega-Evolved Pokémon that you can't control and will fight you without a master.

They behave differently than normal wild animals and are more dangerous because they are improved.

Defeating Rogue Mega Banette

You acquire the Banettite only after you defeat the Rogue version of Mega Banette. Rogue Mega Pokémon appear without trainers, and they remain in their Mega-Evolved form throughout the battle.

You are not required to fight alone; during these encounters, you are usually joined by an ally from Team MZ, who supports you during the battle.

Understanding Rogue Mega Pokémon

Rogue Mega Pokémon are wild Pokémon that keep their Mega Evolution active without player involvement. This makes them operate with increased capability compared to ordinary wild Pokémon.

Each Rogue battle centers on bringing down the target Pokémon so you can claim its associated Mega Stone. When facing Mega Banette, the focus is on defeating it to secure the Banettite and unlock its Mega Evolution for your own use.
