If you want a strong Dark- and Fairy-type line that scales well into the late game, Impidimp is a great pickup. The best part is how simple the route is. Impidimp only spawns in one location, so you do not need to bounce between multiple habitats.

Once you catch it, both evolutions are just level requirements, so you can finish the full line quickly with a little experience or a few candies.

Where To Find Impidimp

Impidimp is only found in one location, shown in the top corner area of the map. After you travel to that northern zone, Impidimp can appear throughout the entire area, so you can ride around and search the whole region instead of focusing on one tiny point.

If you are not seeing it right away, keep looping through the zone and scanning the ground. It is said to be pretty much everywhere once you are in the correct spot.

Quick Notes Before You Hunt

Impidimp is a Dark and Fairy type. If you are having trouble getting spawns, a Dark Sandwich or a Fairy Sandwich can help boost encounters. This is optional, since the spawn density should already be good in the correct zone.

How To Evolve Impidimp Into Morgrem

After you catch Impidimp, evolve it at level 32. You can reach level 32 through battles or use Exp. Candy to speed it up if you want, Morgrem right away. Once it hits level 32, the evolution triggers automatically.
