Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Guide | Terastallized Espeon Location
Find a guaranteed overworld-style Terastallized Espeon spawn inside a hidden cave, with a quick route from the main city.
Game Guide by Monarch on Feb 28, 2026
If you want an Espeon without waiting on rare spawns, this location is a strong check. This Terastallized Espeon has spawned here more than once at the same spot, making it a reliable place to revisit when you need one.
It sits in a cave slightly off the main path, so the main goal is to reach the correct map area, then enter the cave to find it.
Reach The Correct Area On The Map
Start from the big city area and travel toward the mid-game zone shown on the map. From there, head toward the nearby PokéStop and move across to the side area where the cave is located. The route is not complicated, but the last part requires either moving across water or having enough mobility to jump high and reach the cave path.

Enter The Cave Where Espeon Spawns
The Terastallized Espeon is inside a cave. Once you reach the rocky side area, look for the cave opening and go in. This is where the spawn is expected, so you do not need to search the surrounding fields for a normal Espeon encounter.

Find The Terastallized Espeon Inside
As you go deeper into the cave, take a look around the open area. The Terastallized Espeon usually stays inside the cave, so the fastest way to find it is to scan the inside. It doesn't show up right away? Leave and come back, or go around the cave area again and check.

Quick Notes: If The Spawn Acts Strange
Sometimes the Espeon can behave oddly, popping up or clipping in weird ways. If that happens, do not panic. Stay in the cave area, reposition your camera, and keep checking the spot. In most cases, it should still be available in or around the cave interior once things settle.
Once you locate the Terastallized Espeon, approach it and start the encounter as normal. This gives you a consistent spot to revisit whenever you want an Espeon spawn without relying on random overworld luck.
