RuneScape Dragonwilds Guide | How to Craft Every New Resource in Scorned Wilderness

Scorned Wilderness introduces the Power Level 8 crafting chain in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Most raw materials come naturally from clearing the Raid, but turning them into Rune, Black Dragonhide, and Ancestral equipment requires several processing stations and materials crafted in the correct order.

Scorned Wilderness Resource Crafting

Start with Runite Ore and Luminite Ore. Both require an Adamant Pickaxe or better to mine. Process them at a Blast Furnace to create Rune Bars, which unlock Rune-tier tools and equipment recipes. Keep the Blast Furnace supplied with the required fuel while processing your ore.

Make Ground Rune Essence and Harmonised Compound

Make Black Dragon Leather

Defeat Black Dragons for Black Dragon Hide and Dragon Blood. At an Advanced Tannery, combine Black Dragon Hide, Dragon Blood, and Ground Rune Essence to produce Black Dragon Leather. This processed material is used throughout the new ranged and Rune equipment progression.

Craft Draconic Vis Wax and Vis Cloth

Grind a Dragon Tooth at a Grindstone to create Ground Dragon Tooth. Then use a Brewing Cauldron to combine Harmonised Compound, Ground Rune Essence, and Ground Dragon Tooth into Draconic Vis Wax.

Finally, take Vis Fibres and Draconic Vis Wax to a Loom to create Vis Cloth. Obtaining Vis Cloth opens the Ancestral equipment progression.

Once Rune Bars, Harmonised Compound, Vis Fibres, Black Dragon Leather, Draconic Vis Wax, and Vis Cloth are available, you have the core processed materials needed for Scorned Wilderness equipment crafting.
