The Killing Antidote Guide | All Engineering Zone Doll Locations

The Engineering Zone (Orange Area) in The Killing Antidote is where movement, parkour, and backtracking really start to mix together. Pipes, vents, and multi-level rooms hide several dolls in spots you pass by while focusing on puzzles or enemies. 

This guide walks you through every doll location in the Engineering Zone, explaining how to reach each room and what to look for once you are inside, so you do not miss any collectibles while progressing deeper into the facility.

All Doll Locations In The Engineering Zone (Orange Area)

There are seven dolls to collect in the Engineering Zone, and they are spread between the Boiler Room, Elevator R, Cargo Hall, Control Room, Watchman Office, and different parts of the Digit Room. 

Many of these areas are tied to story progress, so you will visit them naturally, but you still need to pay attention to pipes, railings, and vents along the way. Take your time when you see big parkour sections, server halls, or branching doors, because most dolls sit just off the main path.

Doll 1 – Boiler Room Pipe Doll

Your first Engineering Zone doll sits in the Boiler Room. After going through several hallways, you will eventually reach this room, which is set up as a full parkour puzzle. You need to climb and jump across machinery to reach the upper level, but the doll is hidden halfway through this route. 

As you work your way upward, hop down onto the pipes around the middle of the room instead of going straight for the exit. The doll rests on these pipes, so move carefully along them, pick it up, and then continue parkouring back toward the upper level to proceed.

Doll 2 – Elevator R Railing Doll

The second doll is at Elevator R, and you can only reach it once you are deeper into the game. When you gain access to level C (the highest floor at this point), ride the elevator there and head over to Elevator R. Look around the area near the Power Node socket. 

The doll is sitting right on the railing next to this socket. Before you adjust anything or leave the platform, walk up to the railing, grab the doll, and then go back to handling the elevator controls.

Doll 3 – Cargo Hall Table Doll

Your third doll is hidden inside Cargo Hall. To get this one, you need the Crowbar. Start from the Office Save Room, then take the door that leads to Cargo Hall. As you move into the hall, you will see wooden planks blocking the way. 

Use the Crowbar to remove these planks and open up the path. Follow the room all the way to the end, where you will find the doll resting on a table. Make sure you clear the whole room so you do not miss that table at the far side.

Doll 4 – Control Room Vent Doll

The fourth doll sits in the Control Room, and reaching it requires several tools and late-game access. You need a Screwdriver and a Blowtorch for this one. When you reach the G level and already have the Blowtorch, go through Transit A. 

Before you enter the Digit Room, watch for a vent you can open using the Blowtorch. Go through this vent and you will come out in a room filled with screens and servers, which is the Control Room. 

From the entrance, go to the right, head down the stairs, immediately turn right again, and climb up onto the servers. There is another vent here that can be opened with the Screwdriver. Inside that vent, you will find the doll waiting for you.

Doll 5 – Watchman Office Fuse Area Doll

The fifth doll is found in the Watchman Office. Start again from the Office Save Room and take the route to the Sorting Room. Parkour your way through this room and go through the unnamed door at the end. 

After a fight in the next area, you will see several offices. Enter the office on the left side. In this Watchman Office, press the button that opens the adjacent area containing a Fuse. Then climb up the boxes in this newly opened space. The doll is located up there, so explore the top of the stacked crates and grab it before leaving.

Doll 6 – Digit Room Vent Doll

The sixth doll is inside the main Digit Room itself. When you enter this area, you can see the doll behind bars, which makes it easy to spot but not so simple to reach. To get to it, you need to use the surrounding platforms and vents. 

Parkour around the room until you reach a vent near the closed gate that hides the doll. Crawl through this vent, drop into the space behind the bars, and you can collect the doll from there. Take care not to rush the jumps, because falling here can slow you down a lot.

Doll 7 – Digit Room Door 3 “Cross Left” Doll

The final Engineering Zone doll is still tied to the Digit Room, this time linked to Door 3 and the “Cross Left” room. Once you are in the Digit Room, interact with the door labeled 3. Go through this door and then turn left into “Cross Left”, which is a ring-shaped room. 

The doll is hidden in the middle section of this circular space. Look down through the broken tiles in the floor to spot it. Once you see it, find a safe way to reach the center and pick it up. 

With this last doll collected, you will have cleared all the Engineering Zone (Orange Area) dolls and can move on without worrying about missing any Engineering collectibles.
