Assassin's Creed II novel arrives in North America

Penguin Books recently released a book, called Assassin’s Creed: Renaissance, which serves as the companion novel for Ubisoft’s smash hit action adventure game, Assassin’s Creed II. Written by Oliver Bowden, it will be the book’s very first North American publication; it has been available in the United Kingdom and Australian regions since November of last year.

 

Assassin’s Creed: Renaissance will expand on ACII protagonist Ezio Auditore di Firenze’s backstory and his adventures in Renaissance Italy. It seems like it will stay true to the Assassin’s Creed II fiction, and will include more of Ezio’s life not included in the game itself.

 

The paperback version of the novel is now available for $9.99 at Barnes & Noble, as well as the bound and Kindle versions at Amazon.com ($9.99 and 7.99 respectively).
