Silver Pines has 25 Mementos to collect. These collectibles grant Red Walker useful perks that improve combat, stamina, healing, and weapon handling. Some are easy to miss because they are found on boss corpses or behind destructible walls.

The following locations are organized by area to help you collect the Mementos as you progress through the game.

The Outskirts and Crimson Bear Motel

1. Empty Matchstick Box – Enter the Miner Diner basement using the Box Cutter to break through the barrier. Pick up the Memento from the desk. It makes weapon reloads 25% faster.

2. Chipped Ceramic Bear – Find the Door Knob by retrieving the object from the motel pool grate with the Pool Net and cleaning it with Cleaning Solution. Use it on the palm tree door in the motel to access the room containing the Memento. It increases maximum stamina by 10.

3. Corroded Iron Ball – Defeat the boss in the tunnel on the way back to the ferry and collect the Memento from its body. It reduces damage received by 10%.

4. Switchblade Cufflink – Return to the Outskirts after obtaining the Shotgun. Shoot the wooden wall near the underpass and collect the Memento from the crate in the room behind it. It makes melee attacks 30% faster.

5. Repaired Polaroid – Find the first Torn Polaroid in Eddie's guitar case in the Grizzly Suite. Collect the second half from the dressing table mirror backstage at the Rabbit Hole bar. Combine both pieces to obtain the Repaired Polaroid, which speeds up healing item use and increases Flatleaf Herb healing speed by 50%.

6. Smooth Stone with a Hole – Collect the red, yellow, and silver bird statuettes from around town. Place all three in the birdcage at the Quiet Hour Cafe to unlock the Memento. It increases headshot damage by 20%.

9. Faceless Coin – Use the Sledgehammer to break the cracked wall in the sewers and enter the Silver Gazette. Search the back room near the printing press to find the Memento. It increases charged melee attack damage by 20%.

10. Worn Silver Buckle – Find the ship's control instructions on the Riverside docks and use them to open the sealed hatch in the Downtown harbor. Defeat the enemy inside and collect the Memento from the corpse. It increases sprinting melee attack damage by 25%.

11. Rusted Spur – Open the maintenance hole on Apartment Street with the Manhole Cover Key. Use the Sledgehammer to break through the cracked wall near the sewer control panel, then open the second maintenance hole. Collect the Memento at the foot of the ladder. 13. Sea Polished Glass Shard – Enter Apartment 4B and turn off the bathtub tap before defeating the boss in the flooded basement. When the dream sequence begins, collect the Memento to your left. It greatly reduces stamina consumption while swimming.

14. 30 Days Sober Chip – Head to the Town Hall basement and find the gallery near the furnace room. Break through the cracked wall with the Sledgehammer and collect the Memento inside. It reduces melee stamina consumption by 30%.

15. Cracked Wrist Watch – Reach the Town Hall roof and use the Crank Handle to set the clock to 10:07. Return to the third-floor corridor and pull the candlestick to open a secret room. Collect the Memento inside. It improves melee speed and damage when wounded or critically injured.

16. Old Corsage or Bloody Corsage – During the Apartment 4B dream, find the Injured Bird, Black Flesh, and Bloody Feathers. Combine the feathers with the flesh to create a Bird Effigy, then feed either the bird or the effigy to the creature in the hole. Later, obtain the Shovel from the Digging Man's caravan and dig at the disturbed patch in the Church Hill cemetery.

Old Corsage: Feed the creature the Bird Effigy. Improves weapon handling and reduces firearm recoil by 40%.

19. Hula Figurine – After obtaining the Crowbar, return to Dana's Auto Repair and break through the wooden barrier. Crawl beneath the car on the left and open the blue car's trunk. The Memento reduces stamina consumption when dodging by 25%.

20. Driftwood Stake – Use the Manhole Cover Key to open the maintenance hole in northeastern Riverside. Follow the sewer tunnels to the left, defeat the enemies, and collect the Memento from the dead bodies at the end. It increases slashing weapon damage by 15%.

21. Dice Pair – Enter the bloody storage room in the Funeral Home and break through the cracked wall with the Sledgehammer. Collect the Memento from the backpack inside. It increases ranged damage by 20% but also increases damage received by 30%.

22. Damaged Compass – Equip the Sea Polished Glass Shard and swim to the far western shore near the Church Hill docks. Break open the large crate to obtain the Memento. It increases running speed by 20%.

Thelend Broadcasting

23. Red Driving Glove – Obtain the Stage 1 Key and open the Stage 1 door at Thelend Broadcasting. Shoot the vent to the upper left, climb through, and descend the ladder. Collect the Memento from the trunk. It reduces melee charge attack time by 50%.

24. 8 Ball Gear Shift – Use the magenta and yellow lenses in the Stage 1 projector to turn the set red. Defeat The Driver when the boss appears and collect the Memento from its body. It grants 10 additional stamina, increases damage dealt by 10%, and reduces damage received by 10%.

25. Polaroid Negative – During the final nightmare, use all three Metal Spikes on the flesh tree before defeating the final boss. Collect the Memento after the fight. It gives your shots a 20% chance to pierce enemies.
