Getting through Church Hill in Silver Pines comes down to solving a series of connected riddles. If you want to ring the church bell and move the story forward, you have to find three Metal Cubes hidden across the district and place them in the correct sequence. Here is how to solve every puzzle in the area without getting stuck in Silver Pines.

Funeral Home Door Code

Before you can claim the second cube, you have to unlock the lower level of the Funeral Home.

Head inside the Florist shop using the Flower Shop Key. Once inside, take a look at the price tags on the displays. The white lilies cost $7, the red roses cost $5, and the bluebells cost $2.

Vault over the front counter, smash through the wooden boards blocking the doorway, and grab the Funeral Home Family Key. Now, head next door to the Funeral Home and unlock the upstairs door.

Cross the damaged floorboards to read the note pinned near the mirror. It lists three flowers in order: Lily, Rose, Bluebell in Silver Pines.

Match those flowers directly to the prices you just checked at the flower shop. This gives you the combination 752. Drop down the hole in the floor to the secure keypad, punch in 752, and the stairwell door will open.

Cremating Coffin

Downstairs in the basement, check the desk to find the Mortician’s Ledger. It shows the burial roster, matching the name Jacob Foster directly to casket number 2.

Roll the nearby trolley over to coffin 2 in the holding room and load it up. Push the trolley onto the service lift, hit the call button, and ride it upstairs.

Once on the upper floor, pull a second trolley over to collect the casket, wheel it toward the incinerator chute, and push it onto the conveyor. Hit the wall switch to burn it in Silver Pines.

Once the fire dies down, pull the trolley back slightly to climb into the kiln. You will find the second Metal Cube sitting in the ashes. Grab the Cemetery Key from the adjoining embalming room on your way out.

Opening Cemetery Well

The third cube is locked at the bottom of the old well in the Cemetery.

Take the Cemetery Key to unlock the graveyard gates, then grab the Sledgehammer propped against the stone well wall.

Leave the grounds, head down the hill path, and enter the broken wall opening. Use the Sledgehammer to smash the cracked interior wall to reveal a side room containing the Crank Handle.

Carry the handle back to the Cemetery and insert it into the well mechanism. Complete the interaction prompt to reel up the catch, stomp the creature that surfaces, and pick up the third Metal Cube in Silver Pines.

Church Hill Grid Door Puzzle

Now that you have all three pieces, walk back up to the sealed grid door on the side of Saint Adjutor Parish Church.

Insert your two remaining Metal Cubes into the empty grid slots alongside the one you placed earlier.

The solution comes from the memorial chain on the effigy of Jacob Foster back in the funeral lobby, which shows the pattern: triangle, cross, cross, triangle in Silver Pines.

Interact with each block on the door grid so that the outer left cube shows a triangle, the middle left cube shows a cross, the middle right cube shows a cross, and the outer right cube shows a triangle. The lock will disengage immediately, letting you head up into the bell tower.
