Here’s a guide on how to solve all the Sewers Puzzles in Silver Pines.

The underground section of Silver Pines packs several key puzzles into a tight space. If you get stuck on the gear alignment, locked gates, or the final bell sequence, here is how each puzzle works and every code you need to finish the area.

Sluice Gate Cog Puzzle

Outside the clinic entrance, head down into the sewer and pick up the Heavy Mechanical Cog from the desk. Carry it left until you step outside near the Sluice Gate Maintenance panel.

Interact with the machine to reveal the gear mechanism, then insert your Heavy Mechanical Cog into the empty slot on the bottom left in Silver Pines.

Slide all the cogs straight down to the bottom track so they link together in a line across the base. Finally, slot your Crank into the receiver on the left side and turn it to send power through the gate.

To open the main hatch, you must find and open three separate pressure valves: Flow Control A, Flow Control B, and Flow Control C.

Flow Control A

Follow the pipes all the way to the far left side of the upper tunnels. Vault over the pipe cluster directly in your path to reach Flow Control A. Turn the valve to open it. This action lights up indicator lamp A back at the Water & Electrical Services main console in Silver Pines.

Flow Control C

Head through door 1329 and smash the weak wall using your Sledgehammer. Pop the manhole open, climb down, and explore the lower corridor.

When you scale the wall ledge, follow the upper catwalk left until you spot a Clipboard. The document highlights the numbers 1467. Keep heading left past the clipboard to find Flow Control C. Turn the wheel to light up monitor lamp C.

Flow Control B & Keypad Code

Return to the central console room and look for the security gate beside the staircase. The keypad requires the four-digit code from the clipboard, which is 1467.

Punch in 1467 to raise the bars, drop down the ledge, and head right to find Flow Control B. Open this last wheel to power all three lines on the main board in Silver Pines.

Blow Open Main Bell Hatch

Once all three flow valves are running, return to the sealed chamber containing the large circular hatch door.

Walk up to the valve station facing the sealed hatch and turn all three valves up to their maximum setting. Sprint to the left right away because the hatch door will explode off its hinges from the pressure, clearing the way for you to climb inside.

Friendly Paws Cage Code

Inside the flooded clinic basement area, you will find a caged cat behind a small crawl space. To unlock the cage and grab the Cat Collar Memento, check the Friendly Paws List in your inventory from the Clinic in Silver Pines.

Reading down the ages listed next to each feline gives you the cage combination, which is 3819. Enter 3819 on the keypad to free the cat.

Cable Car Station Bell Order Puzzle

At the Cable Car Station, you must hang and ring every recovered bell in a specific order to call the car. Check the letter stamped above each hook on the mounting rack and hang the matching bells from A through G.

Read the overhead plaque to get the chime pattern, and ring the bells in this exact order: E, G, D, C, F, A, and then B. Once the final chime rings, the cable car pulls up to the platform in Silver Pines.

Q. Where do I find the keypad code for the gate near Flow Control B?

A. The code is written on a Clipboard located in the tunnel just before Flow Control C, where the numbers 1467 are highlighted.

A. Open your inventory and inspect the Friendly Paws List note found inside the Clinic. Look at the age listed beside each cat to get the combination, which is 3819.

Q. Why did the hatch valve kill me?

A. When you crank all three valves to maximum, the hatch explodes outward from the built-up pressure. As soon as you set the third valve, run to the left immediately to clear the blast radius.
