You’ll need to solve a good number of environmental puzzles, tackle some locked doors, and craft key items to make your way through the Town Hall area of Silver Pines.

Your primary objective here is collecting three distinct face masks to free the bell from the park monument, alongside unlocking hidden gear caches around Market Street. Here is how to complete every puzzle step in the area.

Finding Blissful Mask & Town Hall Tools

After removing the barricade from Loomis Park, head over to the Town Hall in Silver Pines. Go inside and access the room marked Phone to collect the Fireplace Tongs from the floor. Next, take the double doors on the left, pass through the back storage area, and head down into the basement level.

Check the jacket hanging off the ladder to grab the Town Hall Office Key, then move past the furnace into the adjoining room to pick up the Empty Mould off the table.

Head upstairs to the upper level of the building. Walk all the way to the far left doorway to pick up the Blissful Mask resting inside the room. Head back out and use your Town Hall Office Key to unlock the office door directly to your right in Silver Pines.

Inside, grab the blue bucket of Unmixed Clay, walk into the connected side room, and take the Manhole Cover Key out of the wall cabinet.

Collecting Weeping Mask

Head out of the Town Hall building, travel left, and make your way down the street stairs to the street level.

Locate the heavy street drain and open it using the Manhole Cover Key. Climb down into the sewer channel and head left. You will spot the Weeping Mask lying on the ground, ready to be added to your inventory in Silver Pines.

Crafting Malformed Mask

Now that you have two of the three faces, you need to create the third mask yourself using the raw clay and furnace.

Climb up the sewer ladder and return to the surface. Head left, go up the steps, and locate the operational cement mixer standing on the right.

Dump the Unmixed Clay directly into the drum. Let the mixer run its cycle, then collect the prepared Clay Mixture. Use your Clay Mixture from your inventory to craft a Filled Ceramic Mould on an Empty Mould.

Return to the Town Hall basement and approach the burning furnace. Place the Filled Ceramic Mould inside the flames. Once baked, use your Fireplace Tongs to pull out the finished Malformed Mask.

Solving the Loomis Park Statue Mask Puzzle

With all three masks gathered, leave the Town Hall and return to the monument inside Loomis Park.

Examine the three headless bodies circling the statue. You must attach the correct facial expression to each specific body:

The left figure takes the Weeping Mask. The center figure takes the Malformed Mask. The right figure takes the Blissful Mask. Placing the final mask correctly unlocks the mechanism, releasing Cable Station Bell (F) into your possession.

Sport Smart Store Codes

Once you finish your visit to the cafe on Market Street, head over to the Sport Smart shop to grab upgraded weapons and weapon attachments in Silver Pines.

Look closely through the front display windows of the shop to spot four card suits displayed in sequence: spade, heart, club, and diamond.

Walk around the right side of the building, cut left into the back alley, and locate the locked rear gate. Set the padlock dials to the order of the card suits: Spade, Heart, Club, Diamond.

Once inside the store, interact with the singing wall fish button and take the white door upstairs. Insert your Crank Handle into the wall socket to roll open the shutter, which reveals an Attachable Laser Sight and a Pipe Bomb.

Go upstairs to the next room and see the framed sports jersey. The jersey has the number 23 on it, and the plaque says Class of 67.

Now add these 2 numbers together to make the code 2367. Head downstairs to the main retail floor, approach the locked security gate on the right, and input 2367 to retrieve the Double Barrel Shotgun in Silver Pines.
