Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward's creative strategist, commented on the dramatic changes which make the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 pass. Several abilities are hated by the players left out, while changes in the experience and scoring system will be implemented. Killstreaks will be based on points rather than deaths. Therefore, it is not enough to kill opponents, you also need to complete certain objectives such as capturing flags. Items received also vary according to the class chosen by the player. The weapons can also be improved by the use of a points system similar to that which can raise the level of the character. This system is called Weapon Proficiency.
