Need for Speed: The Run Revealed

The British chain store ShopTo.net let out what will most likely be the next game in the Need for Speed series. The site also brought a trailer that reveals some points about the supposed title from Electronic Arts. In the trailer, you can see places from the United States and many cars in police chases. There is also a possible release date: November 18.

"No speed limits. No rules. No allies," spouts the blurb attached to the trailer, which features our hero lying upside down in his car on a railway track. We can only assume that his particular run isn't going too well. You'll be needing sharp driving skills and plenty of determination to beat hundreds of the world's most notorious drivers on the most dangerous roads The Run has to offer.
Moreover, it seems that we have a story centered on a character, something unusual in the series. Although there is no explanation of what those scenes are, the impression we have is that Need for Speed: The Run offers a similar script to "The Fast and the Furious" movie, where clandestine races are directly connected with a criminal plot.
