"Playstation Arc," as trademarked by Sony

According to Siliconera.com, Sony is planning on making announcements regarding their Playstation 3 motion controller in the coming week.

If the domain name, Playstationarc.com and a THQ executive referring to the motion controller as “Playstation Arc” wasn’t enough, then maybe Sony filing a trademark for Playstation Arc in Japan will prove to be credible proof that the controller’s name has long been decided.

 

Is it finally time for Sony to make the official announcement?
