The Last of Us Part II Gets Exclusive 60FPS Patch

Today, Sony revealed in a surprise announcement that The Last of Us Part II is getting an exclusive 60FPS patch starting now.

The Last of Us Part II is one of the most controversial games to be released in the last generation. Despite the first game's incredible praise, the second game was heavily criticized for major plot elements and leaps in logic. This, coupled with game journalists attacking gamers for not liking the game and gamers sending death threats to developers and voice actor Laura Bailey, created a typhoon of misery.

Not to mention the developers suffering from the heavy crunch and the leaks before the game's launch. Currently, Part 3 is in development, but much of Naughty Dog's goodwill has been dissolved since the release of this title.

The Last of Us Part II is now available for PS4 and PS5.
