Perks in the lower tier offer very specific boosts in 33 Immortals. They can help in tight situations or special setups. You should save your Eternal Shards and Paragon Points for other things first.

Importance of B-Tier Perks
These options depend a lot on your situation. They are good for a very coordinated team or a very specific setup but they don't do enough for regular games. Focus on them only after you finish upgrading your main perks in 33 Immortals.

Best B-Tier Perks
The Guiding Light perk makes the status effects you put on enemies stronger. It can work well, but it relies completely on finding the right Relics to match it during your run.
Merciful Contemplation only helps when a monster grabs your teammate. Enemies do this when a player falls. This perk lets you deal extra damage to that specific monster to break your friend free quickly.
Bold Revolt gives you more health back when you heal at Bone Shrines. It is a fine bonus, but other health upgrades help you much more during a fight.
Cosmic Rebirth gives you a damage boost, but only when your health bar is completely full. This is hard to use because dodging every single bit of damage in a match is very difficult.
Defiant Denial lowers the Shattering penalty when you die. Shattering cuts your max health when you return to life. It is better to pick perks that stop you from dying in the first place.
Cheerful Camaraderie lets you revive fallen players faster. It has its uses, but you should focus on survival perks so your friends do not drop at all in 33 Immortals.
Morphology Of Justice raises your damage output only when your Dust meter is totally full. Usually, you want to spend your Dust at a Shrine right away to get permanent stat upgrades.
Rites Of Passage makes teammates come back with some co-op energy ready after you revive them. This can help a tight group that communicates well, but it does not do much in normal games.
Elegy Of Plethora heals you a bit every time you pick up a teammate. Just like the other resurrection perks, your main goal should be preventing deaths entirely in 33 Immortals.
