Chapter 12 begins after a short dialogue sequence. Move forward, turn right, drop down, and continue through the cave. Go right, press the button, pass through the door, and jump forward. Once the Anti-Gravity Tube activates, turn left and immediately pick up the Orange Cube.

Throw the Orange Cube into the Anti-Gravity Tube. Then go to the right side of the center area and enter the door. The Cube will drop into the first Cube Slot. Remove it and place it into the charger. This gives you the One-Pip Orange Cube.

How To Get The Two-Pip Orange Cube

Return through the left doorway, go down the slope, turn right, and enter the Pink Teleport. Pick up the next Cube and throw it across to the main area. Take the Teleport back, place the Cube in the charger, then throw it into the Anti-Gravity Tunnel.

Go to the other side and retrieve it. This Cube has a longer charge, so drag it to the other Cube Slot. Put the One-Pip Cube back into the original slot, then press the button to change the Anti-Gravity Tube direction.

How To Use Branches To Open The First Timed Door

Create a Branch at the Bubble, jump across, and press the button. Drop down and create another Branch at the next Bubble. Move forward and press the button when it syncs with the other button. Avoid touching your Branch on the way back, then wait by the door until it opens.

After passing through, press the button and take the Blue Cube. Jump across, move left, and throw it into the Anti-Gravity Tunnel. Make sure the tube direction is switched correctly before moving on.

How To Activate The Bridge

Go down the slope, turn right, and pass through the Pink Teleport, then the Yellow Teleport. Reach the Bubble and create a Branch after the dialogue. Return through the Yellow Teleport and press the button as many times as possible while the Branch is active.

Go back through the Yellow Teleport, then through the Pink Teleport. Wait for the bridge to activate, cross it, and press the button to keep it active permanently.

How To Clear The Looping Section

Continue through the Green Teleport to unlock the third Branch ability. Ride down the Anti-Gravity path and repeat the loop by moving forward, left, dropping down, then turning right twice. Keep repeating until the right side becomes blocked. When that happens, go left and press the button.

Find the Orange Cube Slot and charger, then take the Two-Pip Orange Cube and place it into the slot. Continue through the opened door and repeat the route until another Orange Cube drops. Charge the second Cube, move it through the wall sockets, and use the One-Pip and Two-Pip Cubes to open the next doorway.

How To Solve The Final Branch And Barrier Puzzle

In the next area, use the three Bubbles to create timed Branches. Press the buttons while waiting for barriers to deactivate, and avoid touching any Echoes. These sections require clean movement, because some Branches depend on earlier ones.

Later, use the Yellow Teleport, Pink Cube, Green Cube, Red Barrier switches, and Anti-Gravity direction buttons to keep opening each blocked route. Charge the Green Cube through each charger, place it into the Green Cube Slot, then use Branches to alternate the Red Barriers. Finish by synchronizing the final button presses with the blue arrows, ride the Anti-Gravity Tube upward, move through the last door, go up the slope, and board the ship to complete Chapter 12.
