Locating the Seal of Devotion

First, you'll need to get your hands on the Seal of Devotion to get started. Your destination is The Flame Knights Castle, which you can find in the Demeniss region. There, you'll confront Tristan, the Flame Knight.

Prepare yourself; this boss uses fire attacks, so make sure you have plenty of healing items on hand. Upon his defeat, he'll drop the Seal of Devotion.

Open your inventory and use the item to permanently unlock the ability to hire Contribution Workers.

Hiring Temporary Workers

Once the system is active, you can spend your Contribution Points to fill out your mission teams in Crimson Desert.

This is extremely helpful for Construction Missions that require a high number of people, such as those needing eight workers. Rather than depleting your core team of Comrades, you can assign a single lead and then cover the rest of the positions with temporary workers, utilizing your points.

While these temporary workers lack the specialized skills of your primary crew, they enable you to simultaneously undertake several Dispatch Missions.

This keeps your best teammates free for tasks that actually require their unique talents, like high-level farming or crafting. Since Contribution Points are tied to specific regions, make sure you are doing jobs and quests in the area where you want to hire help in Crimson Desert.
