Helmet Effects and Skills

This helmet gives you Daze Immunity, which helps during fights. This particular skill lets you find and light bonfires nearby.

The helmet's activation prompts a quick animation: the character deftly adjusts the gear, and flames erupt. This skill comes in particularly useful when navigating shadowy spaces or when you need to get a campsite ready in a hurry.

Location

You'll find the Helm of Ignition at the Torchlight Beacon. You can find this area by looking to the top left of Hernand. Look for a tower at this site.

Right next to that tower, there is a tent. Walk inside the tent and look at the table on the left side. The Helm of Ignition is sitting right there for you to take in Crimson Desert.

Using the Helm of Ignition

Using the helmet can feel a bit strange at first. To light bonfires, make sure you have the gear on your head. Stand near a campfire and hold left on your D-pad.

Press R1 to select the helmet and then let go of the buttons. Your character will tap the side of the Helm Of Ignition, and the bonfires in front of you will burst into flames instantly in Crimson Desert.
